This has a good reggae beat, but I would bring that backing vocals "ease up baby" up a bit more. I was gonna suggest you add some backing vocals and then I realized you had some in there! don't be shy.
Could use a nice melody lead break in there somewhere. need to add some variance to the backing track. IMO
The vocals are sweet lyrically, but a tad bit low level wise and hmm deadend a bit, could use some depth to them, size maybe

You have a very nice, deep, soulful voice! I thought the lyrics are a little trite, but otherwise the song grooves and I wanna get up and dance!

I don't about these little criticisms, I just grooved to the song and nothing stood out as needing correction. Great tune!
